These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HealthAI, a personal health record organizer for you and the people you care for, built and operated by Digital Miles ("Digital Miles", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using HealthAI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using HealthAI (the "App"), whether through our website, mobile app, or any related service, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 16, and your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2What HealthAI is — and isn't

HealthAI helps you keep dependant health information organized in one place: vitals, medicine details, lab reports, prescriptions, and hospital MR (Medical Record) numbers, with tools to search, summarize, and share that information.

HealthAI is not a medical device or diagnostic tool

HealthAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Any AI-generated summaries, explanations, or chat responses within the App are for organizational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare provider for medical decisions, and call your local emergency services in a medical emergency.

3Who can use HealthAI

You may use HealthAI if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or are using the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms;
  • Can form a legally binding contract under the laws of Pakistan or your country of residence; and
  • Are creating and maintaining health records for yourself or for dependants or family members on whose behalf you are authorized to act.

HealthAI is designed for personal caregiving use. It isn't intended for use by clinics, hospitals, or other organizations to manage patient records, and isn't built to meet clinical record-keeping or regulatory requirements for healthcare providers.

4Your account

You can create an account using your email or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5Dependant profiles

HealthAI lets you create profiles for dependants or family members (for example, parents, siblings, or children) and add their health information alongside your own. When you do this, you confirm that:

  • You have the right or authorization to manage that person's health information (for example, as a parent, guardian, spouse, or adult child acting with their consent);
  • The information you add about them is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
  • You'll remove a dependant profile if you're no longer authorized, or if they ask you to.

You're responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any data you enter on behalf of another person.

6Acceptable use

When using HealthAI, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for anyone's health records without proper authorization to do so;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App, its security, or its underlying infrastructure;
  • Use the App to harass, impersonate, or harm any other person; or
  • Use automated tools to access the App in a way that places excessive load on our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7AI features

Some features in HealthAI use AI to help you make sense of your records — for example, summarizing a lab report, answering questions about your health timeline, or reading text from an uploaded prescription. These features are provided to help you organize and understand your own information faster.

AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate, and shouldn't be relied on as medical advice. You're responsible for verifying anything important with the original document or with a healthcare professional before acting on it.

8Third-party services

HealthAI relies on trusted third-party services to operate — for example, for authentication, hosting, and database storage, and (where you choose to use them) for sharing exports over WhatsApp. We may also use third-party AI providers to power features described in Section 7. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us, and their own terms may apply to your use of those channels (for example, WhatsApp's terms when you share an export through it).

9Your content

You own the health information and documents you upload to HealthAI ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you give Digital Miles a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you solely to provide and improve the App's features — for example, extracting text from a prescription photo so it can appear in your timeline.

We don't sell Your Content, and we don't use it to train AI models for any purpose unrelated to providing the App's features to you, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Our intellectual property

The HealthAI name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by Digital Miles and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond what's needed to use the App for its intended personal purpose.

11Service availability and changes

We aim to keep HealthAI available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the App as a whole) at any time, and we'll try to give you reasonable notice before any change that materially affects how you use your data.

12Termination

You can stop using HealthAI and delete your account at any time from within the App, or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or legal risk. If your account is terminated, your right to use the App ends immediately, though our Privacy Policy continues to govern any data we retain afterward.

13Disclaimers

HealthAI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be error-free, that OCR or AI features will always extract or summarize information correctly, or that the App is suitable for managing medical emergencies.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Miles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HealthAI, including any health decisions made based on information stored in or generated by the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of HealthAI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as HealthAI evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of HealthAI after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
