Who We Are

HealthAI is operated by Digital Miles (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your information when you use the HealthAI app.

What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using the app. This includes your name, date of birth, gender, blood group, and health tags you add to your profile.

It also includes health records you create or upload - such as medical reports, prescriptions, medicines, symptoms, and doctor notes - as well as records you add for dependants or family members under your account.

If you sign in with email, we store your email address and a hashed version of your 4-digit PIN. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google as part of the sign-in process.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide HealthAI's features - organizing your health records, generating plain-language explanations of uploaded reports, storing prescription and medication details, and managing dependant profiles.

We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality.

AI Report Analysis

When you upload a medical report or use the chat feature, the content is processed by an AI model to generate a plain-language summary or response. This processing is done securely. Your data is not retained by AI providers beyond what is needed to generate your result.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your records are only accessible through your account.

Third-Party Services

HealthAI uses trusted third-party infrastructure and AI services, including OpenAI, to operate features such as report explanations and chat responses. These providers are required to handle your data securely and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your Data, Your Control

You can edit or delete any record, medicine, or profile at any time from within the app. You may also delete your account from the Profile Management screen, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of HealthAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
